then you have  to complete the return form within 15 business days of the date you received it. Our company will consider the form and if it is found that the mistake is from our part  we will proceed to:

a) Refund to your account within 10 business days

b) Return of the product and replacement with a  new one. The shipping costs charge our company.

The company have no responsibility for any damage or broκage of the products after use and we havent any obligation to replace them. Refunds are only for the value of the products .It is  not included any other expenses you have paid.
