COURIER DELIVERY COST TABLE
We're like lightning and ship your shoes fast - most same day if placed before 4pm. Orders in Greece are sent via 'Geniki Taxydromiki' courier (http://www.taxydromiki.gr/track) and will arrive in 1-3 business days. The first business day starts the day after the order ships.
Orders in Cyprus are sent via SkyNet (https://www.skynetwwe.info/) and will arrive in 1-3 business days. The first business day starts the day after the order ships.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once we ship your order. Or, just visit the "my account" page.
* Due to the large amount of orders we receive, we inform you that your orders will be delivered normally via “Geniki Taxydromiki” Courier, in 3-7 working days.
Pick up from our stores via Click Away service.
According to the process of Click Away, based on the latest announced government’s meters, we would like to inform you that:
- We receive online orders via our e-shop, Favela.gr and by phone to 212 213 34 34 ( opening hours Monday-Friday 10:30-18:00).
- The process of Click Away is valid only for prepaid orders ( via credit card or Paypal).
- You may choose the store that serves you better, during the entry of your order, in order to pick it up.
- Since your order has been processed, you will be informed via telephone and e-mail for the day and time you may receive.
- On your arrival at the store, you must have in printed or digital form the entry of your order which will refer to all the proper details in case of control by the Authorities, the e-mail with reference to your appointment, as well as your ID.

Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Favela.gr, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
Refund Policy
Payments
Payment by Credit Card or Debit Card.
You can choose to pay with Credit Card or Debit Card.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners and American Express. Before paying with Visa ELECTRON you must obtain authorization by the issuer for online purchase.
If you choose to pay with a pre-paid Card, remember to keep it and not throw it away after making your purchase, as you may need it in the case of refund.
We guarantee the highest security level for every purchase. You transferred to a secure payments environment of Alpha Bank. For additional security service the Alpha e-Commerce participates in trade certification programs Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code.
Payment by cash on delivery for Greece and Cyprus
You may select "Cash on Delivery" as payment method. At the time of delivery, you must have the exact amount in cash to pay for your order. Payment by cheque is not accepted.
Cash on Delivery for Greece costs 1,00€. Μaximum amount 500,00€
Cash on delivery for Cyprus costs 4,99€.
International orders do not have the Cash on Delivery option. If you are ordering from other international countries, you can pay by Credit Card or PayPal
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Returns:
You have the right to return products purchased within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
Returns are accepted if the product is not used in its original packaging and accompanied by the manufacturer´s tag. The parcel should be packed in a way to avoid damage of the product of the packaging during transport.
If shoes will be returned, labels and strapping tapes are not allowed on the packaging box. If the returned boxes of goods have been damaged, the return is not accepted.
Underwear and swimwear returns (slips) are not accepted for reasons of hygiene.
In case of return an e-mail should be sent to the address: sales@favela.gr stating in any case the order number, customer’s name and full description of the product to be returned. In case of refund the amount reimbursed is the value of the product and not likely transport costs, COD or bank charges. The value of products is at the purchased price.
For returns in Greece, in order to have better and economical service, send your return using General Postal our own costs (FAVELA). We will withhold payment of 2,50€ from the value of the goods that we will have to refund you.
International Returns:
You can return any unused item for a refund or exchange , within 14 days of receiving your original order, by post
Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Favela.gr
The goods are in your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
If you just want to return we'll refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method.
